CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE
A CrossFit Lite workout has the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con) and body weight movements. This class is a great introduction to what a regular CrossFit workout would be like.
Group training is excellent for motivation and you will always push harder training together than what you will training alone.Remember, the WOD is scalable to your ability/skill level so no matter what, you always get a good stimulating workout.
You can also earn Discovery Vitality Points and Momentum Multiply!

CrossFit is for anybody from all ages and all backgrounds. You don't have to be strong or fit to join up.
Every workout can be scaled/modified to suit your current level of ability. The friendly trainers will help you choose appropriate modifications to every workout ensuring that it is achievable but challenging.
