CROSSFIT LITE

A CrossFit Lite workout has the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con) and body weight movements. This class is a great introduction to what a regular CrossFit workout would be like.

CROSSFIT

Group training is excellent for motivation and you will always push harder training together than what you will training alone.​​Remember, the WOD is scalable to your ability/skill level so no matter what, you always get a good stimulating workout.

You can also earn Discovery Vitality Points and Momentum Multiply!
