CROSSFIT LITE
A CrossFit Lite workout has the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con) and body weight movements. This class is a great introduction to what a regular CrossFit workout would be like.
CROSSFIT
Group training is excellent for motivation and you will always push harder training together than what you will training alone.Remember, the WOD is scalable to your ability/skill level so no matter what, you always get a good stimulating workout.
